Terms

The few terms that come with an invitation to the roundtable, this site, and our event-day text messages.

Invitations and seating

• Seating is by invitation and limited. The password in your invitation is for you; please do not share or post it.
• Your seat is held when this site confirms your RSVP, and our confirmation email follows. If your plans change, reply to it or tell us, so we can offer the seat to someone else.
• Your confirmation admits one guest: forward it, or share its link, with a colleague you would like to bring. The guest link works once, and a guest's seat comes from the same limited seating.
• When the evening is full, further RSVPs join a waiting list. We are requesting a larger venue; if we cannot seat you at this roundtable, we will invite you to a future one.
• Event details can change. If they do, we email everyone who has RSVPed.

This site

This site tells invited guests about the event and takes their RSVPs. It is provided as is. Links to other sites, such as maps, calendars and the University of Central Florida, are governed by those sites' own terms.

Text messages

Executive AI Roundtable event texts, sent by the Sawyer Laboratory.

• How you join: after you RSVP, switch on "Text me the directions" and save your mobile number. Texts are optional and never a condition of attending.
• What you get: a confirmation when you sign up, the directions, parking and start time on the morning of the event, and a notice only if the plans change. Up to 3 messages per event.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• To stop: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one reply confirming that you are unsubscribed, and no more texts after it. You can also switch texts off on this site or email us.
• For help: reply HELP, or email sawyer@ucf.edu.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your number is handled as our privacy policy describes: never shared or sold for marketing, and deleted within 30 days after the event.
